How To Get Here!

The city of Azle is located in the Northwest corner of Tarrant County along the western shores of Eagle Mountain Lake. It is a "quick" 10-15 miles drive northwest of Fort Worth, Texas. We used to hold their performances in the Harris Northwest Education Building (A.K.A. Old Lester's Pharmacy) for the better part of 8 years. We have now moved "around the block" to our own home. It is located at 1112 Southeast Parkway in Azle right next door to Josephina's Restaurant.
CONSTRUCTION NOTE for those people coming from the Southeast (Lake Worth, Fort Worth, etc...):
The expansion project for Highway 199 is now underway. This may negatively affect your drive time as the project progresses. Please plan on adding a few minutes to your drive if you are coming from this direction.
PLEASE NOTE THE DIRECTIONS BELOW AS YOUR TRAFFIC PATTERN HAS CHANGED...
The construction will be ongoing for some time to come.

Click on the "Here We Are" link to get a visual map of our location. It uses Windows Live Maps to show you our location (may work better for Broadband Users). Use the built in tools to get driving directions from your front porch!!

Or...

If you are familiar with the Azle area (or are dial-up users like most of us), simply pick your starting location from the chart below.

To reach us, choose the direction that is closest to where you are coming from and follow the instructions.
NOTE: These instructions reflect the current construction happening on Hwy. 199.

If you are coming from the...

North(from cities such as Reno, Boyd, Pelican Bay)

  • Take F.M. 730 south  into Azle to State Hwy 199 (Jacksboro Hwy).
  • Turn left at the light and proceed to the entry ramp onto Highway 199. You will stay to the right for the Denver Trail exit.
  • Take the Denver Trail exit and proceed to the Stop sign.
  • Continue straight ahead for approximately 0.5 mile and we are on the right.
Southeast

(from cities such as Lake Worth, Fort Worth (DFW Metroplex))

  • From anywhere in the Metroplex, the best bet is to take Loop 820 west to Lake Worth (Northwest part of Fort Worth).
  • From Lake Worth, you will want to find and take the Azle Ave./SH199/Jacksboro Hwy exit.
  • Take SH 199 (Jacksboro Hwy) west 10-15 miles to Azle.
  • Traffic is now diverted to the new access road shortly after the Hwy 1886/Confederate Park Rd overpass.
  • You will take this road all the way into Azle. Once you go under the overpass in Azle, you will want to get into the far right lane and stay on the Access Road (DO NOT TAKE THE MERGE BACK ONTO THE MAIN HIGHWAY).
  • Because the Denver Trail exit is now closed, stay to the right on the Access Road when it merges back with Hwy 199. This will take you down to Denver Trail.
  • Proceed back under the overpass at Denver Trail.
  • Stay on the access road for approximately 0.5 mile and we are on the right.
Southwest(from cities such as Weatherford)

  • The main Southerly route into Azle is F.M. 730. Take this north to Azle.
  • Upon getting into town your first Stop sign should be Main St (Loop 344).
  • Turn right onto Main St (Loop 344) and proceed through town and past the stop light.
  • Go east on what now becomes the Frontage road (Southeast Pkwy) until you reach the Stop sign at Denver Trail.
  • Continue straight ahead for approximately 0.5 mile and we are on the right.
Northwest(from cities such as Springtown)

  • Proceed east on SH 199 (Jacksboro Hwy) to Azle.
  • From SH 199, take the Denver Trail exit and make your way to the Stop sign.
  • Continue straight ahead for approximately 0.5 mile and we are on the right.
